Duration
The educational programs offered at Silved are designed to provide comprehensive training within a 3-month timeframe. This condensed yet intensive format allows students to quickly acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the pharmaceutical industry with confidence.
The program consists of four distinct phases
Online Training (1 month)
Students begin with one month of online training, where they engage with interactive course materials, lectures, and self-paced learning modules. This phase covers fundamental concepts and principles in healthcare manufacturing, laying the groundwork for more advanced topics.
Mentor-Led Project (1 month):
The second month focuses on mentor-led projects, where students work closely with industry experts to tackle real-world challenges and apply their knowledge in practical scenarios. This hands-on experience allows students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
Project Assessment (1 week):
Following the completion of the mentor-led project, students undergo a rigorous assessment process to evaluate their performance and mastery of key concepts. This assessment phase ensures that students have acquired the necessary skills and competencies to progress to the next stage of their training.
Hands-On Training at Facility (2 weeks):
The final phase of the program involves two weeks of hands-on training at our state-of-the-art facility. Here, students have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a simulated factory floor environment, conducting experiments, performing simulations, and applying their knowledge to real-world scenarios. This immersive learning experience solidifies their understanding of healthcare manufacturing processes and prepares them for the challenges of the industry.
